You say good-bye, I say hello

There are always comings and goings in both the analog (real) world and also the cyber-world of blogdom. Via the Height-Endowed Ectomorphic New Zealander (Andrew Jones), I learned the sad news that Andrew "Hamo" Hamilton (another brilliantly blogging Kiwi), who has blogged for the last four years at Backyard Missionary, is hanging up his skates, so to speak. Hamo will be missed.
At the same time, I'd like everyone to say hello to two new additions to the Journeymates: Swinging From The Vine and Adventures In Mercy.

Molly is the slightly-frozen Alaskan behind Adventures In Mercy, and we've been getting to know each other via her blog and email for the past few months; she writes from a unique perspective, well worth tuning in for.

Ari is another blogger following in the footsteps of Brother Maynard and Emerging Grace, utilizing a pseudonym in the Blogger Protection Program. Ari and her husband Adrian have become good friends over the past year, and their blog, Swinging From The Vine, is a welcome addition.

Update

Another set of new Journeymates: Australian John Smulo blogs at (appropriately enough) SmuloSpace. John is a scurvy bilge rat of a tagger, but dangit -- he's got a good blog! John is also the initiator and guru behind Missional Apologetics, which I had recently linked to along with Rick The Blind Beggar Meig's Friend Of Missional. And speaking of Rick, it's high time he was linked as a Journeymate, too.

As Capt. Jean-Luc Picard would say, "Make it so."

I am ever so proud to be a Journeymate to the illustrious Robby Mac and friends. We Alaskans don't swing from vines (we hop on tundra) but we always respect those who do (even though we think they should put on more clothes---how anyone can ulu whale blubber in a tarzan suit is beyond me).

With my friend Molly, I am also proud to be a Journeymate to the illustrious Mac Daddy.

Thanks for the plug :-) For what it's worth I lived in the Land of Kangaroos for almost a decade but am a (whispering) American. (Speaking normal again) My wife is from Australia though!

Mr. Rob, you are a wonderful journeymate and I am honored to know you. I just hope that some day God will grace me with the chance to meet you in person. :) Oh, and keep us in the loop about your book...I want a hard copy of that baby YESTERDAY

I love being a Journeymate and an honor to be on the same journey with such an illustrious group.

It is good to see Ari back blogging from within the Blogger Protection Program.
